What data we collect
Your Master Homeopathy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal health information from the app. Consultation answers are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. On this website, we collect email addresses only when you voluntarily submit them to access free content.
How we use your email
If you submit your email on this site, we use it to send you the welcome email and notify you of new content. We never sell, share, or rent your email to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with 'unsubscribe'.
AI Guide conversations
The AI Guide feature in the app sends your messages to Anthropic's API to generate responses. These conversations are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We do not store your conversation history — it exists only within your app session.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) via RevenueCat. We receive confirmation that a purchase was completed but never receive your payment card details. Purchase records are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
Cookies
This website uses a single functional cookie to remember that you have signed up for free content access. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies.
Third-party services
We use Supabase to store email subscriber records (hosted in the EU) and Resend to send transactional emails. Both services are GDPR-compliant. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking platform.
Children
This app and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (your email address). To exercise these rights, email us at hello@yourmasterhomeopathy.com and we will respond within 7 days.
